  • 20 g of honey
  • 5 g of cinnamon

    Let the chia seeds hydrate for a minimum of 3 hours in a plant-based milk alternative (oat milk, pea milk, coconut milk) according to taste.

    Meanwhile, choose your favorite fruits and slice them.
