  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g tahini paste
  • 35 g olive oil
  • 120 g pumpkin puree
  • a pinch of ground cumin
  • salt to taste

Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until you get a smooth and airy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of water and the liquid from the chickpea can. Taste and, if needed, add more lemon juice, garlic, or salt. Serve on fresh bread or as a dip for crunchy vegetables.
