- 30 g fine oat flakes
- 100 g natural yogurt 3.5% fat
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk 1.5%
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prepare the blender. Peel the banana and place it in the blender along with the oat flakes, natural yogurt, milk, and cinnamon. Blend everything until you get a fine and homogeneous mixture.

Pour the prepared milkshake into a tall glass and serve immediately to benefit from the freshness of the ingredients.
Chef's tip
On hot days, you can serve the milkshake with a few ice cubes. For a more intense version, add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the blender before blending.
