Preparation method

Place the eggs in boiling water and hard-boil them for 8-10 minutes. Then cool them under cold running water and peel them.

Finely chop the red onion, chives, and capers. Open the tuna can and drain the liquid well.

In a bowl, mix the tuna, cream cheese, mustard, onion, capers, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
