Preparation method
Preparing the Meat and Vegetables
Mix the minced pork with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (the remaining 3 tablespoons will be used later for the sauce). Season the meat with a little salt and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, ginger, and chili pepper. Cut the green onion into thin strips, keeping the green part separate for garnish.
Cooking and Serving
Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and chili pepper, along with the white part of the green onion. Sauté them briefly until they start to color and release their aromas.
Chef's tip
If you prefer an even more intense flavor, you can add a teaspoon of sesame oil at the end.
For extra texture, sprinkle some roasted and crushed peanuts on top.
