Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a loaf pan (or bundt pan) well with oil and dust it with a little flour to prevent sticking.

In a large bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients: plant-based drink, oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Then add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

Transfer half of the mixture into another bowl. Into this half, incorporate the cocoa powder and the 2 additional tablespoons of plant-based drink. Mix until smooth.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add grated orange zest or some chopped walnuts to the batter.
