Preparation method

In a small pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and break it into small florets.

When the water starts to boil, add the broccoli florets to the pot and boil them for 7–8 minutes over high heat.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a small ovenproof dish. In a larger bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese, finely grated Parmesan, egg yolk, 60 ml of milk, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Chef's tip
For an even crispier crust, you can add a little panko breadcrumbs on top of the cheese mixture before baking.
