Preparing the meat and the grill

Start by heating the grill (or a grill pan) well.

Slice the turkey breast into slices about 1 cm thick. Season each slice with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Finally, brush the meat evenly with olive oil and massage it gently to let the flavors penetrate. The grill must be hot; cook the turkey for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Preparing the dressing and assembly

While the meat is cooking, slice the Camembert cheese. Prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, dried cranberries, rosemary, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.

Chef's tip

For extra freshness, you can add a few arugula leaves to the sandwich immediately after removing it from the grill.
